Archmage Meera IV is an NPC in the Portal Knight's Sanctuary. She is underneath the main castle and can be accessed through a secret bookcase, or through an opening in the wall behind several large barrels in the basement. In exchange for 10 Yellow Portal Stones, 10 Green Portal Stones, 10 Blue Portal Stones and 10 Red Portal Stones she will give you a Portal Statuette.
