Talker found on Angler's Wharf, Mosakola Harbor, Cape Carvel, Mayyan Delta and Deepest Mosakola. Just there doing what a guru does best.
Location
In Angler's Wharf, Cape Carvel and Mayyan Delta, he can be found in a tall ruinstone tower. In Mosakola Harbor and Deepest Mosakola he can be found either next to a shrine or a sacrificial altar.
Trivia
The shrines or sacrificial altars he's standing next to, are the first chance the player has to acquire marble blocks
