In Portal Knights you can choose to play alone and enjoy the beautiful environment all by yourself, build your home and explore the world
or to play with up to 3 friends in a 4-player group to have fun together.
Some content is nearly only accessible through a group or very hard, like Hard Mode Bosses, and the game overall is a lot easier within a group.
