Behavior
Slimes are brightly colored, amorphous blobs that slide around slowly in a random, meandering pattern. All Slime variants are aggressive to player characters when in range or when provoked by attack. The exception is Green Slimes which are passive unless provoked by attack.
Combat and Tactics
Slimes have a single attack in which they jump into the air in an attempt to land on the player and deal damage. This attack can easily be avoided by dodging in any direction when they leap into the air. For a melee classes, the best time to attack is during and slightly after their jump. Ranged classes can simply assault them from afar with no real threat of repercussion.
