The Worm Pit is one of the Islands in The World of Portal Knights. Inside the Worm Pit the Ancient Worm is the first boss the player will encounter. To defeat the Ancient Worm the player must run around the arena and find the Ancient Worm's small tail. Once the player kills the small tail, it will stun the boss so the player can damage it. Attempts to damage the boss otherwise will result in "immune". Other maggots spawn in the arena, and the Ancient Worm's small tail looks like a maggot, however, the small tail is bigger than the spawning maggots so it's easier to spot. It's advised to deal with the maggots at some point so they don't overwhelm you when you attack the boss.
